Established in 1978, the Nine West brand took its name from its founding address at 9 West 57th Street in New York City.

The Stores
Our first Australian store opened at 260 Collins Street, Melbourne in 1995. Today the brand is adored by women around the world, offering not just footwear, but handbags to compliment their stylish wardrobes.
Sold in 48 countries worldwide, Nine West offers a quick edit of the runways each season – pinpointing the key trends in footwear and accessories. With over 100 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, you’ll find over 700 dynamic and talented individuals putting their stylish feet forward each and every day.
We have cemented ourselves as a market leader in footwear and accessory retailing and we are privileged to have a loyal customer base that values us for our fashion focus, quality product and exceptional customer service.
Shipping
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Goods ordered online will be delivered within approximately 5-7 working days. Free shipping Australia wide is available on all orders over $100. A flat rate of $10 postage and handling will be charged for any order
less than $100.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Goods ordered online will be delivered within approximately 10-15 postal working days and will incur a AU$29.95 postage and handling charge excluding GST for deliveries to New Zealand. Nine West does not accept responsibility for duty taxes that may be incurred for mail order deliveries to any international destination.
*Note, the delivery fee will appear as $32.95 inclusive of GST in the shopping bag summary until the payment page, which is the point GST is removed.
Parcels are distributed by the local postal services upon arrival in the destination country. Occasionally customs inspections may also delay your delivery by a few days.
Important: If your order has not been delivered within the specified times please contact Nine West via email online@ninewest.com.au to obtain your postal reference number. You will need to quote your tax invoice number (located on the top left side of your order confirmation email) to ensure prompt service.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently unable to ship to locations outside of Australia and New Zealand.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track parcels in the following ways: For orders in Australia – contact Australia Post Customer Care Centre on 13 11 18. For orders to New Zealand – contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501.
Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
INSURANCE
Nine West insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Nine West and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
GST – NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
The total price of your order will include 10% GST. This amount is deducted from New Zealand orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FREE IN STORE RETURNS FOR ALL ONLINE PURCHASES
Nine West gladly offers the ability to return or exchange your items within Australia. We offer a full refund on all full price items purchased and offer the ability to exchange all sale items purchased within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all refunds and exchanges. There are three easy ways to return your Nine West items:
1. NINE WEST ONLINE
Please contact our customer service team to discuss your online return.
All full priced items that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned.
We recommend items are returned to us via registered Australia Post to ensure that they are insured during transit.
All ‘return’ postage costs will be at customer expense with the exception of faulty items. Please include proof of postage costs to be reimbursed for postage of faulty items.
Please include your receipt and your returns form.
DETAILS: Full price items can also be returned to any Australian Nine West concept stores (excluding David Jones or Myer). Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order. Nine West can facilitate exchanges via mail, however we suggest you return and repurchase the desired replacements items, for the quickest turnaround. Alternatively, you can exchange your purchase at your local Australian concept store. Nine West does not offer refunds on sale items, however, we do offer the ability to exchange within 30 days at any Nine West concept store (excluding David Jones or Myer).
New Zealand customers, please note Nine West no longer has physical concept stores in New Zealand. Therefore if you wish to return your puchase, this must be done via mail to our customer service team.
2. NINE WEST CONCEPT STORE
You can return your eligible items to any Nine West concept store for an exchange, gift card or refund.
DETAILS: We only offer refunds on full priced items which are unworn and in their original condition. All full priced items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Nine West only offers exchanges on change of mind sale items.
3. DAVID JONES AND MYER
Purchased from David Jones: All unworn items in their original condition can be returned to any Nine West within David Jones.
Purchased from Myer: All unworn items in their original condition can be returned to any Nine West within Myer.
DETAILS: Unworn items in their original condition may be returned to David Jones or Myer within 30 days of the purchase date.
