The company is Trans Orbit Pty Limited and we trade as Japan Travel Specialists and Niseko Ski Tours . We operate the web sites www.tourjapan.com.au www.nisekoski.com.au and www.furano.com.au. We commenced operation in Australia in April 1988 and have extensive experience both selling travel to Japan and organising Inbound Travel for Japanese visitors to Australia.
We are a licensed Travel Agent with four offices in Australia. We are also an IATA agent – we can issue tickets for airline travel to Japan from Australian and Japan domestic flights.

“Greatly disappointed by the level of service provided by Niseko Ski Tours when I booked my honeymoon trip to Niseko via them. Being our first time to the snows, instead of suggesting light options, they opted me in for the 5 days all day all mountain ski passes which was pretty overkilled for new learner.

When they booked a coach for us from Hokkaido to Niseko, I was surprised that they did not have a time table for the coach, thereby causing us to wait for the bus more than an hour ahead of the schedule.

When we got to Niseko late because of transport delays, we tried contacting them for help but they would not reply to our emails, tried calling their local correspondence, and he was unreachable either. Consequently blaming me for not being on time for my own private snowboarding lessons because I was late.

Booked a private snowboarding lesson through them, but they somehow manage to NOT provide any contact details for the instructor, instead just provided a meeting point for me to meet the instructor. In case of any emergency, you will not be able to contact the instructor. Very badly organized.”
