Noni B is one of Australia’s best known and much loved ladies fashion retailers. The brand has been trading since the 60’s and 70’s created by owner at that time, Noni Broadbent who famously gave the best customer service in town! Later the business was purchased by Mr Alan Kindl and a business partner who developed a new store concept that would champion new merchandising and product development to establish a true market niche.

The business has grown from two stores in Belmont and Swansea in NSW to 200 stores nationally. In 2000 Noni B became an ASX listed company and in October 2014, Noni B Limited was sold to Alceon Bidco. This new chapter for Noni B has seen the acquisition of brands Queenspark and Events and more recently the purchase and merge of Pretty Girl Pty Ltd, expanding the brand list to include Rockmans, W Lane, Table 8 and BeMe. The brand now trades under the name Noni B Group with Scott Evans as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Scott brings a wealth of experience having been in retailing for 20 years. Scott has worked both internationally in the UK and locally in Australia in that time. The Board of Directors for the Noni B Group are: Richard Facioni – Chairman of the Board, David Wilshire – Director, Sue Morphet – Non Executive Director.

Deliveries within Australia
Orders will be delivered within seven (7) working days.

Parcels within Australia will be sent via Australia post unless otherwise specified.

Please use the “delivery instructions” field of the shipping page if you have any specific instructions otherwise the package will be delivered as per below:

If your address is a PO Box or a unit address the delivery will be sent via Australia Post. If you are not at home when the package is delivered a card will be left in your mail box and you will be required to collect your package form the address noted on the card, usually the nearest Australia post office.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to locate your item at another store and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges will apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.

LATE DELIVERY
If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our webshop team by phone toll free within Australia on 1300 728 980 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday AEST or online at customercare@nonib.com.au

Important notes

Please enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Noni B will not be responsible to cover delivery costs incurred by the customer for refunds for change or mind. If however the garment is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown Noni B will cover the delivery cost of the return as per the returns policy.

Returns & Exchange

ONLINE RETURNS INFORMATION
Need to return something? It couldn’t be easier. You can now return and exchange your purchase to any of our NONI B stores or back to our online store.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, please post the return to us Australia Post or local postal authority, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

All eligible online returns require:

Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Completed webshop Returns Form which was also enclosed with your purchase. If you need another copy it can be found here
The items are returned within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
If one item is returned that was part of a ‘2 for’ or ‘Spend & Save’ deal, the garment will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by NONI B which was paid and not the original full price.

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items or incorrect items. If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a return in this instance.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
We welcome refunds and exchanges on change of mind purchases subject to the following conditions:

The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
The garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.
The original sale receipt must be presented.
Without a receipt an exchange or credit note may be offered for the current selling price of the goods.
The item was not permanently reduced at the time of purchase.
Note: To protect your health and the health of others, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases on swimwear, underwear (excluding bras), cosmetics or pierced earrings. Where items are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you are welcome to choose between a refund (with proof of purchase), repair, exchange or credit note.
