Are you looking to get into shape for summer? Need a trainer that can train you in your own home/backyard and write you a program to keep you going on the other days? Need some Nutritional advice you can trust?

I am qualified Master Trainer cert 3 and 4 with the Australian Institute of Fitness and have full first aid and registration with Fitness Australia.
I specialise in weight loss and nutrition.
As above I will come to you, at your house , or depending on the local council can train in near by parks etc….
I am a very motivated, outgoing and friendly person, and will cater any session to the needs of any clients as I understand people like to train in different ways.

My rates are $60 for a 1hr session or $40 for 30min session with discounts for multiple sessions. Buddy training or small groups available on request. All new clients receive home training exercise program after first session.

Tailor made packages Ie. Fun run training, Event weight goals (weddings) all available on request.
