“I joined as a VIP shopper just for the 20% discount and the joining kit and I must say that I am loving all the products, especially the Nutri-Rich Oil it’s so versatile, the other day, I used it for my daughter’s nappy rash and it was gone in 5 minutes not even kidding. “Whilst I am sure that the products are great, I would not know. I ordered products that were sent back by the consultant, in spite being paid for because I could not pick them up from her quickly enough.

Now I cannot obtain a refund even though I provided evidence to head office that the consultant said she sent them back and that I never received them. I am about to contact Fair Trading and raise a consumer complaint after multiple contacts with Nutrimetics have failed to resolve the issue and get my $150 back. So disappointed with the lack of customer service and their complaint management process. 4 months after raising it with the head office, this issue is still unresolved!”

“Hello, my mother supposedly won a free facial for 3 from a girl who set up a nuttimetics stall at the Springfield night markets in Springfield Qld. She made arrangements for the girl to come to my house to do the facial. My daughter took the day off work and my mother drive for 1.5 hours to have this facial. This girl never showed up and when my daughter tried to contact her there was no answer. What sort of scam is this?”
