“I came to odyssey nails here at airport west and was greeted by a very nice employee of yours by the name Kim.

However when Kim asked a colleague of hers about the pricing for the request I had, that colleague of hers (name not provided as she knew I was going to write up a review about her; hence the physical description: overly powdered pale looking face with heavy eyes and lip make up) was extremely rude. She yelled at me for having so many queries and said she is the owner of this business and didn’t need my patronage.

Safe to say it’s the last time I’m coming to this branch – thanks to this lady who absolutely ruined my experience. She has got to be one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. Such extremely shocking customer service.”

“Don’t ever get your eyebrows done here. I had perfect eyebrows before I walked through those doors and I walked out with 1 eyebrow thinner than the other with no shape or arch. Somehow I also walked out of there with half my eyebrow missing when I asked for a simple tidy up!!

“Terrible. Went in for a manicure because I had I chipped nail and going on a hoilday, they didn’t reshape my nails only buffed and painted over the top of my nails and bits of my skin! Buffed to the skin on one pinkie finger and both the ring fingers and took chunks out of my cubicles. My nails looked worse than what I had when I went in. To top it off I didn’t have time to get it fixed coz I was flying out in a couple of days, I had chipped shalac the next day. Don’t go there. I’ve gone back a few times over the years and each time it was not good, this was the last time and the worst.”
