“As far as my pedi went they did a great job but as soon as I payed the lady proceeded to ask me what size clothes I wear as I am a “very fat lady” not necessary and my fat arse will not be returning!!!”

The same day I got acrylic done on my fingers and toes and paying $90 one of my nails snapped off after opening the fridge door and then a day later my thumb nail snaps in half

“Shocking. Didn’t put a towel down where your feet rest when getting a spa pedicure. Picked up things off the floor and then used them on my feet. Everything here is dirty too. Shocking customer service too. I couldn’t hear the lady through her mask and literally about 40 tissues she had behind it so asked her to please speak up. She rolled her eyes and then didn’t speak to me for the whole thing. Snatched the colour wheels out of my hand. Awful. Never again.”
