“Two of us went in for a pedicure today and were told they could do it straight away. After doing an average job on 1 for 90 minutes, the lady started on the 2nd and was so terrible that the polish had to be removed 3 times and they gave up in the end. They then insisted we pay for the full 2nd pedi even though it wasnt done and all she got was a cold spa for 2 hrs…very poor customer service and we will not be going back!!”

“Horrible customer service my nails were completely ruined, ended up having to just soak them all off because the girl didnt know what she was doing. She was drilling into my skin and constantly cutting me. I ended up having to take them all off because she had ripped into them so bad i had to ask multiple times for them to bring me a bowl to soak them in as they went on serving the next person and just left me there! They were so rude and charged me $20 to just get them taken off after there mistake. Never again! Absolute waste of time and money.”

“absolutely the worst customer service ive ever had, 1hr n 45mins of soaking my feet for their insanely slow service for a pedicure to have the lady re-do my polish 3 times because she kept stuffing it up and me having to tell her to just take it off because i had to leave for work, they charged me full price to have my feet looking worse than when i walked in! never will i go back there”

“Would never go back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff were so rude. Demanded to be paid before they finished.. I was never happy with the colour and needed to change from first option as it wasn’t a solid colour.
Would never recommend this place.. even with 50% off sns. Don’t bother.”

“Awful customer service. I went to get 2 nails fixed that they did for me 1 week ago. They said they would help and to sit. Once I said it was 2 nails to repair they were suddenly “too busy”. Went to Hollywood nails and they went out of their way to accommodate.”
