Services
Relaxation / Swedish
A relaxation massage is your choice if you simply would like to relax and unwind from the stresses of life. Massage is conducted with long strokes with a gentle to moderate pressure which is designed to make you feel calm and spoiled. It will help the body rid itself of toxins, release muscular tension and will improve circulation.
Aromatherapy
An aromatherapy massage can be incorporated with all our massage styles with the difference being that your massage will be personally tailored with essential oils to enhance the environment or to assist specifically to your medical condition.
Remedial
If you are experiencing muscle tightness or pain such as a frozen shoulder, stiff neck or back pain, then a remedial massage may be for you. It uses several massage styles to locate and repair damage to muscles and tendons. It improves joint mobility helps the body by speeding up its own repair processes.
Deep Tissue
Massage is conducted using similar movement and techniques as with a relaxation/therapeutic massage but using a deeper pressure. It’s aim is to get right into those tight muscles to alleviate the pressure and remove any knots present. Improvement should be noticed within a day or two.
Sports
Whether you’re a sports athlete in need of muscular attention to improve your performance, or whether you’ve overstretched your muscles playing local footy, a regular sports massage will help reduce the risk of injury. A variety of techniques are used, such as trigger point, myofascial and deep tissue massage.
Pre-natal
Pregnancy massage is gaining popularity and is a great option to reduce pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy. Performed by a qualified massage therapist, the massage and body positioning is catered in accordance to your stage of pregnancy. To really enjoy the full benefit of a whole body massage, we utilise the Belly Pillow®, which allows a pregnant woman to lie on her front, easing the pressure on her back.
Corporate
Whether you wish to reward your employees with a massage, or wish to reduce the risk of stress and tension within the body, we can come to your workplace and provide a specialist service tailored for your business. You may have already seen us servicing several businesses around Adelaide!
We are fully qualified and insured and we bring our own equipment which can be easily set up in a small office. We offer a choice of seated or table massage and can even perform ‘roving’. Your staff can continue to work whilst minimising the impact of workflow to your business.
Seated massages are usually of a 10-15 minute duration, focusing on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Of course, you can decide any combination of techniques to best assist your staff, whether the goal is simply relaxation to improve wellbeing and release stress or remedial therapy, to target ‘problem’ areas to reduce tension and pain. We would be more than happy to discuss further with you to tailor the correct massage service for your business.
A regular corporate massage will benefit your staff. After a massage, they will feel rewarded, refocussed and more importantly, happier and healthier!

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth volcanic basalt stones are warmed and applied to the body. Used with relaxation massage techniques, a hot stone massage truly is a thoroughly relaxing experience! A hot stone massage is also extremely beneficial for the rehabilitation of acute and chronic pain associated with the muscoloskeletal system.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient therapy has roots dating back to 3000 years ago in Egypt. Depressurised glass cups are introduced to your massage which are either placed stationary on areas of concern or are glided across the body. As cupping therapy uses negative pressure as opposed to manual therapy, it provides superior benefits with similar results to myofascial, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Cupping is incorporated along with your massage for maximum benefit.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction which can promote healing and wellbeing of the body. It creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace and security. Treatment is conducted by the placement of hands on the body which allows the recipient to receive “life energy”. For a truly complete wellbeing session, Reiki can also be incorporated with your massage.
Testimonials
“Thank you so much for taking the time to massage and provide the hot rock treatment. I feel a lot better than I have in a long time.”
– Christine
“I have multiple disc problems and am waiting to see the surgeon, because of my disc problems this triggers off a lot of muscle spasms and tension in my back. Today was my second visit and Don has given me the best treatment I have ever had for calming both myself and the muscle spasms. He is the greatest!!! I highly recommend don to all :))”
-Cassandra
“By far the best in Adelaide in my opinion!
The massage was preceded by a brief assessment, something that most places do not bother with.. or do it just as a formality. To me, this extra attention demonstrated the training that Don has been through and his interest in knowing what the client is really after. It was followed by an excellent massage that left me feeling both energized and relaxed.”
-Priya
“Absolutely fantastic. I have massive tension issues in my shoulder and neck area, after two treatments already feeling much better. Recommend highly :)”
-Amy
