“I got my nails done today at this salon, I have been a regular customer for some time, the women doing my nails was extremely rough even after I asked her to be more gentle.
I asked for my acrylics to be removed and for shellac polish specifically on my natural nails.
She was so rough that she broke my nail in half and glued it back together like it wasn’t an issue…
The lady told me the polish would last 10 days and then I asked her if she was using shellac?? She responded saying “yes but it’s a different brand”. I’m not convinced that the polish was the brand I asked for, a sticker was covering the label and she moved the product away from me after I picked it up trying to read the brand.
The paint job was rough one one nail, after I asked her to please fix it of my she rolled her eyes and told me I had knocked my nail (when I did not) .
Throughout the experience she would rudely stare at me while I gazed at my nails in between coats and would speak aggressively telling me to put them in the uv lamp nail dryer.

I am not a rude customer and I stayed polite throughout the service. Very happy it’s over.”

“It was crap. Pure and simple! My friend and I had a pedi date. My “technician”was friendly enough though and she started me 15 mins later then my friend and they knew we were annoyed cause she did mine better. My friend was so upset because her pedi was ten mins tops and just to get back to a client who was half way through a mani. Also the place is dirty. Come and see for yourself.”

“Terrible, never again will I go here. My friend and I were supposed to have our pedicure at the same time, it didn’t happen. The lady worked on my feet for 10 minutes, max. A 2 year old could of done a better job. Oh, and the water was cold and there was no bath salts added to the water.”

“I planned on getting a gel manicure but the technician was unable to shape my nails consistently (some pointed to the side, too pointy, or straight) and left them with varying lengths (which when I arrived I had not a single broken nail so this is due to their over filing.) I pointed this out and gave the opportunity to correct the errors, which they were unable to do. So I left without even a clear coat, went straight home and shaped them myself, still unable to really fix them because they butchered my fingers. Now I have to wait a couple weeks for them to grow out; they left some painfully too short, way shorter than my finger tips, shorter than my fianc’s! After all that I still charged me the full rate. Worse, they said my toes were dry from the pedicure so I put my shoes on. When I got home the polish was ruined even after 30+ minutes drying time; this suggests they thin their polish with acetone. I also did not see any sanitizing units. Hopefully they are in the back! I lost my time and $60. If you want to support local business, this surely is one to look over.”
