“The ladies at Opal are worth more than the businesses name sake.. simply lovely. Value great service and all in a nice clean setting. All equipment is quality & clean. And the massage chair wow!!.. could stay sat on it all day far better than mine at home.. love that they never set it on gentle, harder the better i say.. These ladies know customer service. At times I’ve felt terribly embarrassed by my toes being a gardener outdoorsie type sure they’ve removed half the soil & sand from the garden from my feet that i can’t quite reach like the staff at Opal can. “I rang first to confirm that my friend had told me the right price for Shellac manicure of $25. They said yes that’s right, come in anytime. I went in that afternoon, then all of a sudden it’s $40 and $50 for Shellac pedicure, so I ended up just getting the Shellac mani and a normal polish pedi, which worked out to $75..

They pretty rude. Talked amongst themselves the whole time in Vietnamese and worked up to three clients at a time often leaving you for longer than 15 minutes. They left me at the bench drying my nails for half an hour before I finally walked out.

Also the Shellac mani was a bit rough looking. The sides weren’t neat at all and they left patches missing which they had to go back and redo. The pedi though, I must say, looks amazing and has lasted for two weeks in perfect condition.”
