“This agency only offers good service when the owner (Mohammed) himself is dealing with your flight. I had a case where I changed a booking return date for a flight while still in Sydney, then when the return date came, I was told at the airport that no seat was actually booked for me. My father also had an incident where he missed his flight in Dubai and was left at the airport for nearly 24 hours to sort things out on his own. Again, you only receive a good service when dealing with mohammed.”
