I am Mindy Lee, a fully qualified massage therapist . For the past six years I have been massaging clients full time bases in five-stars hotel spas, and over that time I have built up a dedicated group of regular clients.

During my course I learned various techniques in deep tissues, sport, balinese, javanese, swedish, lomi-lomi, classic thai, tuina, meridian, hot stone massage and etc.

I know from first-hand experience how therapeutic massage can be, on many levels, and I find it deeply rewarding to be able to offer this service to my clients. I am an excellent communicator and empathetic listener, and I uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism at all times. My clients are a diverse group, covering a broad range of ages.

This treatment acts on energy levels of the body to move & balance the qi (pronounced ‘chi’), addressing the body’s imbalances. Combining traditional massage with ancient TCM knowledge results in an even deeper level of relaxation & longer lasting post-treatment benefits.

Cupping is based on the meridian theory of the body. On one hand, cupping removes any stagnation in the body and opens the meridians so that qi can flow freely. On the other, it also helps to rejuvenate certain meridians and organs that are not functioning at their best. From a scientific standpoint, cupping is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation, and is good for deep tissue repair.

Hopi Ear Candles are hand made structures. They are hollow tubes moulded from natural linen fabric impregnated with honey and powdered Indian medicinal herbs including: – Sage, St Johns Wort and Camomile.

Ears and face are then massaged to stimulate the pressure points, lymph nodes and general blood flow. The benefits of Hopi ear candles include improve Sinusitis, Tinitis, headaches, migraines, Rhinitis and etc.

Moxibustion is an effectively heat therapy used to stimulate acupuncture points in the body to trigger healing response.
