Our group was founded in 1938 and began life as an international fashion textile importer before developing the iconic Oroton luxury brand, made famous by its metallic mesh handbags and accessories.

In more recent years, in addition to its own brand Oroton, OrotonGroup has also been a leader in the distribution of international premium brands in Australia and New Zealand.

Until June of 2013, OrotonGroup was the exclusive licensee for the Ralph Lauren apparel brand, a mutually successful relationship that lasted over 23 years.

In 2013 the group took over the distribution of the Gap brand and partnered with Brooks Brothers, America’s oldest clothing company, to launch the iconic brand here in Australia & New Zealand.

Refunds on Full Price Items:

Oroton will gladly refund in accordance with the following conditions:

• Item(s) is full price and purchased within 14 days.
• Full Price item is returned with proof of purchase.
• Full Price item is returned in new condition and unused with all tags attached. All apparel, knitwear and Oroton Intimates (Lingerie and Underwear) must be unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all briefs/thongs/swimwear bottoms etc are tried on over your own underwear.

Refunds of full priced items will only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original payment.

The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by Oroton, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased only, shipping charges are not refundable.

If the item being returned is a gift, it must also follow the above listed conditions. We do not accept returns for Gift Cards.

Please note: Due to health regulations, earrings/lip balm/nail polish cannot be returned or refunded. OrotonGroup reserves the right not to accept items that have been worn or used for health reasons.
