“John is great. My boy loves him. But last time had a cranky blonde lady about mid 40s that was angry towards my 3 year old. Telling him to stop moving his head and jolting his head the opposite way, giving him a stern look and voice telling him to stop leaning his head (when she had just asked him too the other way). He’s 3. And getting angry at him when he shrugged the hair off him and her saying, ohhh now i have to clean that up. Not good with kids at all. And not even doing what we asked for. Not a good look John.”
