TGA Equipment

Outshine chooses to use only equipment registered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration Australia.

You can have the confidence in knowing that all our equipment and products have gone through the most stringent of tests to ensure safety and efficacy.

Parking

You are welcome to reserve the VIP car space when you book your appointment. Please also leave a few minutes earlier so you arrive relaxed and ready for your treatment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

So that we can provide superior service to all our guests and to avoid a cancellation fee, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Skincare & Makeup Product Delivery

If you can’t make it into Outshine, simply call or email the skincare, makeup and wellness products you would like to order and we will send them free of charge (with trackable postage), same day.

Pre-Bridal

We know you want everything to be perfect on your big day and our skin programmes ensure you are truly radiant on your wedding.

We also look after the essentials for you and your wedding party for your special day.

Wellness Menu

Outshine has combined with Chow House on James Street to create a delicious and healthy wellness menu for our guests and we can have it ready for you in a few minutes.

If the occasion calls for it, we also have access to a licensed bar.
