• I would not recommend this salon. The manicure was one of the worst that I’ve ever had. They don’t use moisturizer or massage your legs after the pedicure or arms / hands after the manicure. The nail polish was applied, missing a whole portion of the bottom of my nail ie. not right to the cuticle. And when I told them at the end that I was disappointed with the manicure and service, the staff on the front desk simply laughed back. I definitely will NOT be going here again.
• I had a spa pedicure & spa manicure, staff are very friendly even though the girl didn’t speak much English. The boss had even giving me advise to help my foot and explained how to take care of my foot. I have been going there seen it has opened n will not go to another place.
• I got a manicure, pedicure, and half legs waxed there. None of the three were up to standard. I had asked the lady if the wax would be OK for sensitive skin and she had said yes (possibly without understanding what I said). Communication seemed to be an issue as only a few of the staff could speak and understand English. Soon after the waxing, I got red spots on my legs! When I asked about it, I needed an interpreter! Thank goodness the spots went away soon. While getting the pedicure, I requested the water be a bit warmer – again, needed an interpreter for this! Finally, after the pedicure and manicure finished, when I was told I was good to go home – within 5 mins of leaving their premises, all the nail polish smudged!! I had to take it off and put some coats on myself! People were still coming and going – probably because they are in such a busy location. I’m not going there again, and wont suggest it to anyone.
