“Came highly recommended by a neighbour so rang to arrange an appointment. I am home all day so a day, no specific time, was agreed to meet and discuss the proposed plumbing works. Never showed, followed up with several more phone calls, each time a day was agreed, but despite numerous phone calls never showed for one apppointment to discuss the proposed works. Never called to advise he couldn’t make a meeting and didn’t ring me back when he missed an appointment. Now looking for another plumber.”
