How many of you have a regular massage appointment? Many of you never go at all. Of those of you who do go, is it only when you feel like you can’t move or your neck and shoulders are so sore that you can hardly lift up your head?

Due to our busy lifestyles, work committments and general stresses we often feel that we don’t have time to fit in a massage, but that’s where we all go wrong.

More than ever now is the time to prioritise and book in for them because not only does massage help relax you but it also improves blood flow, helps eliminate those nasty toxins which cause those painful knots especially in our shoulders and upper back. If you start developing headaches due to muscle strain and stress, it is a clear indication that you need a massage sooner rather than later.

Too many people only book in for a massage when they almost falling apart. Regular massage is also a preventative measure. One is more likely to end up spending more money having to go for weekly or fortnightly sessions to fix a problem whereas had one been going regularly these added extra visits could have been avoided.
