“How are these people allowed to run as a business? Dont waste your time or money… I have been to these people plenty of times and always pay the same price for the same wash and blow dry. Last week however, I looked at my receipt and realised they charged me DOUBLE the price!! I thought it was a mistake but when I called back, they said it was actually a discounted price!! I asked to speak to the management who didnt call me back and I finally got a hold of them 5 days later, who yelled at me for most of the call and hardly let me speak. So frustrating how they make up their prices as they go, not caring the customer. Never again!!!”

“The staff that cut my hair today was extremely rude, ignored my instruction to use the clipper number 2, using the #1. When I said it was wrong and not what I wanted to do on my own hair, they raised their voice saying that I didn’t know what I want and they were experienced enough to know what is best for my hair. Rude, rude, rude! Don’t waste your time and money!”
