Our plumbers wear uniforms and are well-groomed, and they are trained to treat the homes and businesses they visit with respect. We show up when we say we will and then we clean up on completion. This may sound obvious, but not many plumbers do. We don’t just want to do a job for you, we want to do that job so well that you consider us ‘your plumber’.

Not only are our plumbers experienced and fully qualified, they are skilled and proficient. And they enjoy what they do. When you call, your job is assigned to a plumber who has both specialist knowledge and experience in what is required. Once he arrives, that plumber will assess the situation and advise you on the possible solutions, including the costs and any advantages and disadvantages. We then keep you informed throughout the job.

“Would never recommend. Guy booking the plumber was OK, but the plumber who finally showed up over 90 mins after the estimated 2 hour window was rude, non engaging and completely uninterested in discussion of the issue. All that would have been tolerable (including the high end premium, more expensive than others I’ve since discovered) but the job was very shoddy. When I rang to complain about the work I was offered the same rude plumber to return. No idea what he would have done without further charge. So with no solution from the call desk, I declined and saved myself another call out fee. No offer of refund (even for the crappy 2nd hand tap they used to replace my old one!) or new plumber to fix the issue – Pav Plumbing gives tradies a bad name”

“Good job, however the elderly plumber they sent over made sure he worked as slowly as possible, and kept going out for extended periods to get ‘special equipment’ from the van – all on my dime. Ended up costing a lot of money due to the slow pace of work, and all the trips outside. What I was told would take 1 hour over the phone ended up taking 2.5. On top of that I was charged $44 for a plastic basin waste (when I asked for chrome), when it would have cost less than $4. I feel ripped off, and taken advantage of. The plumber was elderly and extremely patronising. Would not use them again!”
