“Poor effort by staff, rushed through my infills and cut my fingers twice. Got shellac polish on both hands and feet and the shellac is peeling off when shellac is not meant to move.  Went back to get it fixed and staff blamed myself for the shellac coming off and needing more shellac polish on two fingers. Shellac is coming off on most of my fingers and toes and now need to go find another nail salon to do the job properly, not happy at all with the service and the result of my nails. Not going back to pearl nails Penrith again.”

“The customer service was almost non-existent. The staff were rude, did not do what I asked. One staff member lied about doing a top coat on my toes. I sustained a cut to one of my toes. I was rushed from one person to another. There was no clear communication or follow-up. I am surprised that Pearl Nails Penrith are still in business considering the competition at Westfields.”

“I have had my nails refilled several times I have always had good service, but today the girl was rude did not say anything to me infact completely ignored me, it’s ashame that one rude girl can completely put me off returning.”
