Aaron Lewis
Aaron is one of the Directors of P360 after establishing and growing Rouse Hill Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre in 2007. Aaron is a senior consultant sports physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach with expertise in sports specific strength and conditioning programs and injury prevention screening. He has a particular interest in the use of load management strategies of athletes and is one of the very few physios in the world using ultrasound tissue characterisation (UTC) to monitor achilles and patellar tendon changes in elite athletes. He also has an interest in advanced assessment of tendon injuries, biomechanical analysis and shoulder and hip dysfunction.
Aaron originally graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 and has been working and consulting with elite and sub-elite sporting teams including Cricket NSW; WACA; Cricket Victoria; Sydney Swans AFL, Sydney Blue Sox and NSW Rugby as well as variety of Olympic level athletes. He has also provided expert level care to many local cricket, soccer, rugby league, rugby union, touch football, hockey and netball clubs/associations. He has also overseen clinical education programs from the University of Sydney, Australian Catholic University, Western Sydney University, Charles Sturt University and Macquarie University.
Having completed his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2016 he is perfectly positioned to act as a senior consultant for P360 helping the team of physios to develop high performance physiotherapy programs to best meet the demands and needs of our clients. Aaron also has experience in occupational health settings providing expert strategies to reduce workplace injuries and get workers back to their full function following an injury.
Outside the clinic Aaron loves spending time with his wife Alison and boys Jack and Isaac. He loves cooking, building the boys ever expanding lego city, photography and going to the gym. He also has an interest in cricket giving many years to Hawkesbury CC and North West Sydney Hurricanes CC and supports the Sydney Thunder, Waratahs, Parramatta Eels and Sydney Swans.
Andrew Han
Andrew is a director and senior physiotherapist at P360. He has a special interest in the integration of technology within physiotherapy for objective measurement, performance enhancement and real time feedback and monitoring. He has a strong focus on knee, ankle and foot issues as well as tendinopathy management.
Andrew has undergraduate degrees from UTS in Business (Management), Information Technology and Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is dedicated to teaching and is a clinical educator for Macquarie University.
He has been heavily involved in sports physiotherapy throughout his career and is the current state chair for Sports Physiotherapy Australia, running post graduate professional development for physiotherapists working towards a specialisation in sports. During his career he has been involved across numerous elite sporting teams; He is the current head physiotherapist for Blacktown Workers NSW Cup Rugby League, and has had previous affiliations with Pennant Hills Demons AFL and Penrith Emus Shute Shield Rugby.
This experience puts him perfectly placed to run sport specific pre-screening programs as well as expert diagnosis and rehabilitation across numerous sports disciplines.
He also spends time working in occupational health as a provider of injury management programs, pre-employment screening, return to work capacity assessments and as a consultant in occupational health and safety. He has worked with corporates such as DHL, Nestle, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Martin Brower, JJ Richards, Cleanaway and Transpacific.
Outside of the clinic he spends his time with his wife Cindy and two kids Noah and Chloe. He has a love of basketball, rugby league and darts.
Prashant Jhala
Prashant is a director and senior physiotherapist at P360. He is a very experienced sports physiotherapist, having worked with several clinics and sporting teams in both Sydney and Melbourne. In 2016 he was the team physiotherapist with the Samoan’s 7’s side in the HSBC Rugby 7’s World Series and toured with the team in Oceania, America and Europe. Currently he is the head physiotherapist for the Western Sydney Rams in the National Rugby Championship and touring around Australia. Prashant has also worked with and been consulted by elite athletes from Cricket Victoria, Cricket NSW, AFL, Rugby, and Australian Rowing.
Prashant has completed postgraduate studies in both sports physiotherapy and health professional education and has collaborated with several universities to develop a curriculum for the P360 Academy. He has worked with and learnt from some of Australia’s and the world’s leading experts in complex spinal, groin and tendon injuries.
Along with the education of students, Prashant runs our research division of the P360 Academy, that works with several organisations and colleagues from around Australia to provide you with the best available evidence. Recently he presented his research discussing how load affected tendon and bone presentations at the 2015 Australian Physiotherapy Association Conference.
Outside of the clinic, Prashant is a huge sports fan, and cricket fanatic and you will find he keeps up to date with every international cricket series around the world. He has played grade cricket in both Melbourne and Sydney, and as a Level 2 Cricket Australia accredited cricket coach has been involved with some of Australia’s best cricketers in the junior state pathway programs.
Amanda Xuereb
Amanda Joined our team in October 2016 after graduating from a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2015. She has also completed a Bachelor degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University. Amanda’s area of interest lies in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy particularly in the biomechanics of human performance. She comes to p360 with a background of private practice experience in sports and spinal injuries as well as hydrotherapy and gym based rehabilitation experience. Amanda has worked closely with rugby league and soccer teams looking after both on and off field injury management. She has also had experience working at the Australian Institute of Sport as a performance analysis post graduate scholar. In this role, she was able to work with a wide range of national sporting teams including the Australian netball diamonds, the Australian canoe/kayak slalom team and speed skating Australia, just to name a few. Amanda is hoping to be able to combine both her passions of physiotherapy, performance analysis and biomechanics to take a holistic approach to patient management including both recovery and prevention.
Amanda is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy association and is always looking to further her professional development. Amanda has completed several courses including Sports Level One and Dry Needling.
When Amanda isn’t working, you will find her at the gym or playing oztag. When she has a spare weekend, she enjoys all things outdoors including, camping, snowboarding and snorkelling.
Caitlin Duckett
Caitlin graduated from Macquarie University in 2016 with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree, and also has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science from ACU. Caitlin has loved experiencing all realms of physiotherapy however, has found her passion to lie with sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in Rugby League and has been fortunate enough to be involved with the Penrith Panthers Rugby League and Western Sydney Academy of Sport, junior representative program for four seasons. In her fifth season she will be the Academy physiotherapist. Caitlin has a particular interest in athlete testing, developing individualised sports specific injury prevention programs and of course, working hard to return athletes to the field to help win that premiership. Caitlin is eager to begin a career at P360 and work alongside successful, and highly experienced physiotherapists.
Simon Quinn
Simon Graduated a bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 and begun his working career working at Westmead hospital in a number of settings including neurological rehab, cardiorespiratory ward and general rehab. In 2012 he begun working at Rouse Hill Physiotherapy and has been there since this time as a senior associate.
Simon joins P360 as our leading expert paediatric physiotherapy consultant with a focus on conditions such as developmental hip dysplasia; autism; cerebral palsy; torticollis; plagiocephaly; and foot & gait abnormalities. Simon is also NDIA accredited and is eligible provider for the NDIS.
Simon has also worked as the physiotherapist for Blacktown Rugby Union as well as representative rugby union, oztag, soccer and professional baseball settings.
Alex Valeontis
Alex joins P360 with a focus of providing expert Pilates assessments and programs. After graduating from a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and having completed a Bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science she has done additional training in Pilates prescription and assessment. Alex has a keen interest in the body and returning it to optimum function- getting the best that we can out of our bodies! She is passionate about preventing injuries and is a firm believer in the benefits of early intervention and screening for sports performance as well as general posture for work. She takes a keen interest in issues with pelvic stability and core function as well as in equestrian injuries. She has a passion for helping people stay as active as they can and achieve their physical activity goals, whether it be sporting, returning to work or simply managing pain for everyday activities.
Outside the clinic, Alex has a passion for the outdoors. She loves camping, 4wding, hiking and snowboarding. Most of the time however, you will find her spending her time (and money) on her horse who she rides for pleasure and dressage.
Adam Luther
Adam joins P360 as our Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Adam graduated Charles Sturt University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) after having completed a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Adam is well equipped in helping people better manage their chronic condition through the use of regular exercise. Outside of the chronic health scope, Adam has a particular interest in designing strength and conditioning programs for athletes of different sports and has spent time with various exercise professionals to help further his understanding of these principles. Adam is accredited through Exercise & Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and has previously worked with people from the AIS, NSWIS along with working in various clinics and elderly population gyms. Outside of P360, Adam is currently training to complete his first marathon and is an avid Sydney Roosters & Sydney Swans fan.
Louise Weston
Louise joined P360 after a number of years working in Local Government in the areas of Sport & Recreation and Communications and Marketing.
Louise has Diplomas in both Marketing and Communications, although her passion for sport, health and fitness has dominated her further education. Louise is a qualified Personal Trainer registered with Fitness Australia, Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, a Level 1 Sports Trainer and Development Level Coach in the sport of Netball. Louse’s thirst for knowledge has also driven her to succeed in gaining a number of additional qualifications including Occupational First Aid Certificate, Real Estate Licence and Certificates in Business Management, Aquatic Recreation and Hospitality Operations (Barista and RSA).
Working in a multi-faceted role, Louise is the Group Marketing Manager for the P360 Clinics, managing the entire marketing and digital media portfolios for the brand. Louise’s role also expands to the floor as our specialist Strength & Conditioning Coach working with our team of High Performance Physiotherapists with a number of programs.
Outside of P360, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband Jarad and two beautiful daughters, Ella and Lucy. Louise is a keen gym trainer and is a talented netballer having represented NSW on a number of occasions.
Alison Lewis
Alison is the Business Manager for the P360 Group, which means she does all the stuff no one sees including putting up with the Boss. Her background includes being involved in Human Resources at NSWIS, Costa Logistics, Crane Enfield Metals, Makita and P&O. She also has a diploma in small business management and extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and codes of practice.
Alison is also the proud mother of two very active little boys and plays netball on the weekends doing her best to relive her youth playing A grade.
Kylie Prothero
Kylie’s role expands to the P360 Group after many years at Rouse Hill Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre as an Office Administrator.
Now working as the Office Manager for the P360 Group, Kylie will welcome you with a smile and will always do her best to accommodate your patient needs.
Kylie’s role expands further than the front desk ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date, including WorkCover, Medicare and Veterans Affairs and also working closely with Insurance companies for the payment of accounts. She is also involved in the training of all front desk staff amongst other things.
Outside the office, Kylie spends a lot of her time supporting her four children with their love of soccer or chasing her 3 grandchildren around. Other interests include reading and spending time with friends and family.
Tammy Horton
Executive Secretary position of the P360 Group.
She considers coming to work a welcome break from her true job – managing her wonderful family of husband Craig, 3 children – Marley, Archie and Ellie and stepson Rhys. Prior to this she worked in designing electrical layouts lighting up people’s lives quite literally.
Tammy will always guarantee a smile just watch out for her head butting your kneecaps and tugging on your shorts as she runs around the clinic practicing her Oztag moves!
