“THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I’m a Fitness Instructor by day, so my job requires me to be active all the time. I went to see Michael Lee at Performance Care after experiencing two major injuries on two different occasions; one was for my rotator cuff & the other was for achilles/heel pain. After just a one Active Release Technique session and a bit of chiro, I could already feel the difference in my mobility (on both occasions). I think it took less than 10 sessions (each) for my injuries to completely heal. I recommend him to EVERYONE I know because he always gets to the root of the problem quickly (unlike some physios who want to see you every second day & take all of your money). Thinking my injury was a pulled muscle or something i endured it for a couple of months before going to see Filepe at Performance Care.
