“Although the hairdressers are really lovely here….Do not get Keratin treatment at this hairdresser… It does not work and when I went back to complain the lady assured me that the treatment was in my hair and did not do it again for me…When I went back the lady said to me that I had to blow dry my hair every time I washed it to “activate the keratin” – so I did this…. and my hair was still really frizzy. II had never had keratin before so i didn’t know what do expect.. So I went on using sulphate free Kevin.Murphy shampoo and conditioner (that I had to buy after getting the treatment). I used it for two months (even though my hair was crazy frizzy from day one, as before the treatment!)… there was really no change in my hair before/after the treatment. Last week I got my hair Keratin treated (with awesome organic keratin) at a different hairdresser and my hair has absolutely no frizz! Its amazing now. It is now evident that they put a rubbish treatment in my hair- never, ever going back!
