“Bad time management and rude!! Made a booking for a haircut at 1:30pm, arrived there a little bit early but still had to wait for a while. After waiting for more than 1/2hr I checked with the younger hairdresser (who’s going to cut my hair but was still cutting someone else hair) if she could cut my hair on time because I had to leave at 245pm for work, she said it should be ok. By 2:10pm, she started to wash my hair, the older hairdresser was not happy, asking why she didn’t start with the other two clients first, who arrived after me. They became first priority just because they needed to colour their hair?? So whats the point of making the booking, what’s the point of turning up early/on time for your booking?. After washing my hair, she left me there waiting with my hair wet and started colouring one of them. I was so angry but didn’t say anything. I would have left if my hair was not wet. At 2:25pm, I started to get worried so I politely asked her if she’s sure that she can cut my hair on time and reminded her that I had to leave at 245pm for work. I knew about their reputation for letting clients (without booking) waiting up to 2hrs, that’s why I checked with them very carefully when made the booking. Instead of apologising, the older hairdresser gave me a lecture and blaming on me for being too rush. Saying I should be more relax with time and shouldn’t be going to the hairdresser before work. Weekends are unpredictable for them. How could it be unpredictable when all clients had booking on that day and notified them what need to be done!! As a mother of two doing shift work I can’t afford to wait hours and hours at the hairdresser. They should have told me so on the phone if they can’t cut my hair on time. The younger hairdresser finally started to cut my hair at 2:35pm, she was so rush that took her only 15minutes instead of 30-45 minutes as mentioned on the phone. Not happy with the haircut this time!! My last haircut was at Emporio Hairdressing, he was the only hairdresser there, no helper, so punctual. I waited only 5 minutes and he spent over 45 minutes on my hair. I was so desperate for a haircut this time but couldn’t make an appointment with him that’s why I came to this Phuong Nga hairdresser. It will definitely be my last time going to them!!”
