Services

Spinal Rehabilitation

That lower back pain that just won’t go? That tingling down your lower limbs? Feeling stiff? This usually results from pressure on your spinal cord, leading to spinal compression
Physibody aims to relieve these symptoms and improve function through spinal decompression – a release on the pressure in the inter-vertebral spinal segments of your neck and lower back. This treatment is usually accompanied with manual therapy and a pilates program to get rid of that bad back.

Waterproof Casting & Fracture Rehabilitation

Say good-bye to plastic bags in the shower! At Physibody, we use waterproof fibreglass casting which is not only lighter than a normal cast , but also eliminates the need for avoiding water!
From top to toe, rehabilitation after a fracture is important to regain movement, function, strength and stability of the injured body part. With Physibody’s customised exercise prescription, you’ll get a personal program to get you back to your best as quick as possible!

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

Physibody works with predominantly orthopaedic and spinal specialists to provide the most effective and efficient form of rehabiliation, to get your body busy again

Custom Orthotics Prescription

As firm believers in the magic of orthotics, Physibody will customise your orthotics to help alleviate foot, knee, hip and spine pain with a guaranteed reduction of symptoms in SIX WEEKS! (Given compliance to wearing them). Orthotics provide that extra support for the feet whilst improving foot posture and lower limb biomechanics so that you remain pain free

Dry Needling

Curious about acupuncture or “needling”? At Physibody we undertake the Dry Needling Plus approach, a higher skill practice that distinguishes itself through the use of different needling techniques to achieve the most effective results. Dry needling is effective in reducing muscle tightness and improving function, as well as reducing spasms by stimulating changes in movement the Central Nervous System

If you’ve suffered with a condition for longer than two years, and traditional forms of chiropraction, osteopathy or even physiotherapy haven’t helped, then you may have poor core stability or reduced neurological input. Bend and mend with Clinical pilates-exercise aiming to improve movement dysfunction with Benefits such as improved posture, prevention of reoccurrence and correction of poor biomechanics
