Sports teams are some of Natasha’s biggest physio fans
As an active sports lover, Natasha understands the drive athletes have to perform at their best – and the important role physiotherapy can play to help them. From her early days of study, she immersed herself in a range of sports physio practice. This has equipped her with:
• vast experience in dealing with acute injury management
• an excellent understanding of how certain injuries occur on the field and ways to prevent them.
Natasha enjoys the one-to-one interaction with players, and has treated, healed and rehabilitated the bruised and battered bodies of Soccer, AFL and Rugby Union teams right across Sydney.
And from 2013-2015, she moonligthed as Head Physiotherapist of First Division Club Beecroft Rugby Union.
Helping runners get back on the road to recovery
As someone who revels in her running and training to improve her own performance, Natasha also has a keen interest in helping people overcome running-related injuries, get back into their favourite runners and out on the road – or track – doing what they love most.
The latest shoulder, knee and ankle treatments
Natasha’s patients are also delighted with her results treating shoulders, knees and ankles.
Along with being a natural ‘joint whisperer’, Natasha keenly attends specialist shoulder, knee and ankle courses and lectures to keep up with the world’s latest research and techniques.
When she’s not caring for clients or pounding the pavement, Natasha says her best medicine is travelling, cooking and staying active – occasionally all at once. And that sharing stories and dreams of your global adventures are always warmly welcomed.

Reviews
“I’ve seen Nathan (who owns the place) a number of times and he’s always been really friendly and personable during appointments. He’ll explain everything clearly and does a great job of putting you at ease with your injury. He helped me diagnose a ruptured ACL when my GP scoffed at the suggestion that I’d done that and is the reason I got it seen to properly. Plus, they’re affordable and not far from Newtown Station. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a physio”
“Amazing! Been a client since Oct 2015, had a shoulder injury for over a year and had it resolved in a few weeks after seeing Nathan. Highly recommend him !”
“Best in the biz, highly recommended. Honest and will not ask you to come back for follow up visitations if not necessary (something that I have experienced with other physios)”
“Natasha diagnosed my calf injury quickly, showed me the appropriate remedial exercises and massaged the area during the sessions. After three visits my calf had recovered completely.”
“I saw Nathan from Physio on Alice in Oct 2015 and have been seeing him since! I have been to other physio’s before but Nathan is extraordinary at what he does. He is thorough with explanations and more importantly, he makes you feel as good as new. The tools and exercises he has given me has also ensured that I don’t hurt my shoulder at the gym anymore. I highly recommend him.”
“The staff are really great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take time to understand what you’re going through, and also to explain what you need to do to fix it. Would definitely recommend it”
