Piercing Laws

Every State and Territory throughout Australia has different regulations for Body Piercing regarding Age and Consent. Pierce Xpress abides by the laws set by the State Government.

In NSW 

– You Need to be 16 or older with photo I.D to get a Piercing without your parents consent.

– If you are under 16 a Parent or Guardian will need to be present with you at the time of consultation. Sorry guys but big brother or sister cannot sign for you as they dont have any legal authority to give consent for your piercing.

– Nipple you need to be 16 or older with Photo I.D. If you are under 16 it is illegal to get any intimate piercings such as Nipple or Genital.

– Genital even though NSW Law states you only need to be 16, Pierce Xpress will only do Genital if you are over 18 with photo I.D.
