“Went to Liverpool and was served by a girl who called me “hun” and “babe” every time she responded (should’ve seen this as a warning sign). Bought a dress, big mistake. It had a small hole and when I went in two days later to ask for a refund, I was spoken to like I purposely caused the damage. On top of that, the girl was rude and told me the dress had to be sent for “assessment” in order to “see if I get a refund.” Ha! I do assessments in my job on humans, this was a piece of FABRIC. She also refused a phone number so I could complain, yet I found one online. I’ll be awaiting my refund! I’ve never made a complaint in my life but this company in general is pathetic.”

“I had a great experience at Parramatta store around Christmas. The S.A was kind and fun which made trying on my jumpsuit enjoyable. I went 3 times to try the outfit and the third time was when i purchased as your store had a 20% off full price day. Castle hill was also a good experience even though I didn’t purchase at that time.”

After liaising with Lina she not only was able to exchange the size although the went above and beyond the procedures and policies in place. I am forever great full and I now don’t Have to stress anymore about the dress and can enjoy my sons christening.
