“We used Plumbtrax to install a drainage grate at our back door. They quoted one length but installed a shorter length with no refund. The concreting of the trench was shoddy and the trench has now popped up and the concrete has collapsed. After many emails back and forth Plumtrax say the paving is at fault and will not do any rectification, despite inconsistencies that indicate that the paving is not 100% at fault. They are not willing to compromise at all. $2,400 down the drain – pun intended. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Beware.”
