“Sometimes there is a great selection of merchandise in this store but the service definitely ugly. Lately though, the Coogee shop just keeps going down hill, don’t know what management is doing but clearly it isn’t working! The owner of the store is rude and condescending and I will no longer shop there. I also over heard her talking gossip about a staff member to another staff member. Who deserves to be treated that way, no matter what you have done?! Plus its so unprofessional to talk like that in front of customers. God, have a little decorum about yourself in your own place of business! And I also find it HIGHLY rude/offensive for staff to talk between each other as they are processing your sale through the till! Geez can you wait like 5 mins and save your gossip till after the customer has exited?! Because in my eyes the customer at this point should have all of your attention. Great way to make a customer feel so uncomfortable that they never what to return. No more will I be shopping here. Such a shame.”
