“Worst customer service ever, went to buy a pair of shoes a friend. Called in advanced if they have a size I was after, they said they did. So off I went to the store thinking that I were able to pick up the the shoes as well as other products while I was there. As I walked into the store I there was a sales assistant serving a customer. As I waited 15 minutes for one to help me no one seemed to help me, so I went downstairs to women’s department wondering if there were any sales assistants to help me, to my surprise there were about 4 sales assistant roaming around doing good knows what. Finally I got attention from a sales assistant he wanted to know how he could help, I asked him if he had these shoes I wanted and what size. He looked at them and told me that they don’t make those types shoes and that I must of been mistaken by another brand. I told him that they were from Prada and that they were on the website. I left after that – never again will I go into this store, the sales assistants don’t know their own products yet they seemed so rude too.
Glad Louis Vuitton had a similar pair and the size I wanted in store.”

“Called up about 2 weeks ago to see if they sold the perfume “prada intense for women” Spoke to a man that said “yeah yeah we have that one.” I made sure to describe the bottle properly (similer to prada amber, but purple) and he said they definitely had it. So i travelled all the way from Hornsby to the city by train just to find out that Surprise! they don’t have it.. The asian lady working there was nice though and apologised. Im very disappointed, i would have bought a bottle.”
