“Absolutely horrible customer service! Visited chermside price attack today, hardly anybody in the store the staff did not approach me or ask me for help. Waited at the service desk to ask a question whilst an older lady with short blonde hair typed away on the computer. After looking up and seeing me there she simply said “yes” i asked her a question she then looked me up down and said “no we do not have that brand”. Absolutely disgusting service from this lady, she then walked away and sat down whilst my friend and I were waiting to ask another question. I will NOT be going back into this store again! Work on your customer service skills price attack!!! If i could rate this store 0 stars i would!!!”

“Walked in for a haircut. Got an immediate appointment. The lady (do not want to name her) cut my hair was a sweet talker but did not either like the profession she is in or is new to it. She cut my hair worst than the JIT $10 cuts. Hair was not symmetrical in the cut. Didn’t realise it there as she applied some hair gel. When I washed my hair and ran my fingers I was shocked to see long strands of hair at the back whereas short (bob) at the front and sides. Next day I went to the shop and explained in a civilised way that the long strands did not make any sense as it was asymmetrical. She just was rude saying that she cannot cut my hair when I keep turning my head etc….so this was her excuse. She then used her cell phone to find out what cut I was looking for whereas the damage was already done and she could not give me a good style cut but just trim the long strands of hair which look absurd sitting there with the short hair. She took her own sweet time to just trim the hair. She also looked and seemed wiered to me as she kept stretching my hair with both her hands and looked away (this happend for 2-3mins) and then said was it hurting me (wierdo). Then she went and brought out a small mirror through which I couldnt see exactly the state of affairs. So I mentioned ‘please can you give me the long mirror which you used yesterday’. To this she quickly said ‘no no this was the same mirror I got yesterday’ which was not true. Last but not the least I thanked her but she did not even acknowledge that she had not done justice to the cut and thus I had to travel far and come back again to see her. I will never ever visit this shop and I’m writing this so that no one should have a bad experience and loose their money.”

“Went in for a package deal that was originally quoted as $65. After claiming that my hair (that is just past my shoulder) was extra long the originally quoted price of $65 jumped to $110 …. are you kidding me? An extra $15 for medium length which i was told was my hair length originally, or $25 for long, but to cut an inch of hair off it was an extra $45… for a haircut … with no colour… are you kidding me? My hair must have grown radically in the 24 hours since I had made the appointment. When I refused to pay that much she got rid of the additional cost of washing my hair, scalp massage and beauty treatment and just cut my hair for $70. I would have gone to just cuts instead and got the same haircut with better service for half the price. Now if I had originally been told that it would cost me $110 I would have gone elsewhere. There are hundreds of hairdressers all offering package deals to treat yourself occasionally. I went here to pamper myself for a reasonable price, it’s not something that I do often. I was led in through fraudulent terms and as such would tell anyone who goes there to get the cost in writing before sitting down. Shocking service. I will never be returning. Just terrible.”

“I go in there to buy nail polish, and if it wasn’t the cheapest place to buy OPI, I wouldn’t shop there. The staff are awful to me every time I shop there. I had a similar experience to them, It’s a nice store with a great range of beauty products, but the people who work there aren’t fit to work in any kind of customer service role.”

“Horrible customer service. It used to be great before the store moved, but I rarely go in there now. My last experience was a couple of weeks ago and I won’t be going back. I wouldn’t go here if you’re not sure exactly what you want. Several employees walked past me, one stood singing near me (acting as if I wasn’t there until she actually pushed in front of me) and then security was called to the front to check bags. When we left the shop we were humiliated by having to open every sealed bag we had (other people leaving weren’t asked). Which could have all been avoided if someone had approached to see why I’d been standing in front of the same stand for 15 minutes (at no point did I make any movement that could have been considered at all suspicious – plus the boxes I was looking at were empty). The sales assistants I came in contact with acted as if the customers were just in the way. So bad.”
