”10/10 would not recommend buying any form of hair colour based on advised from this store.
Was told by a ‘qualified’ hair dresser SPECIFICALLY what to buy in regards to getting the ash blonde shade I wanted.
Once I had did it, my hair is now singed and orange. So I spoke to numerous other hair dressers who ALL said her advise was completely off and it’s her fault as to why my hair is the way it is.
Normally i go to a hair dresser to get my hair done, but at the time she was away and I had my daughters birthday.
So I decided to follow price attacks advise on what to do, which has now left my hair ruined.
My hair dresser called them with the compliant and was told I’d receive a call in regards to what can be done, when I received no call even after 3 days I called back myself to be told “there’s nothing we can do”.
So I will never ever be coming back to buy any type of products and will also making sure none of anyone I know falls and takes anyone’s advise on what to do to their hair from you guys.
