“Horrible Experience: Had a manicure and gel nail polish: Was poor coverage. Noticed equipment wasn’t sterilized in packaging (Indicator on packaging showed nil sterilization) so questioned staff member about it, staff member all of a sudden forgot to speak English and didn’t understand. Reworded it multiple times and then refused to answer. Told her not to use it however proceeded to use dirty equipment on me. Contacted head office and complained; her response was ‘what do you want’, refused to give me a refund and told me to go back in to get my nails redone. Told her that there is a language barrier and just wanted a refund as didn’t want them to use dirty instruments again. Still refused to refund me and was very difficult to deal with; didn’t get a refund or explanation as to why they were using DIRTY equipment. Would never recommend this company.”

“In what world do your staff think they have the right to make somebody feel belittled the way one of your staff members did today when they inappropriately told my friend they were too young to be a mother and asked about the situation with the father? This is highly unprofessional and just plain rude. Especially when you have no idea what you are talking about, maybe learn to mind you’re own business. Will not be using your services in the future.”

“Be very careful going here. I had an overpriced pedicure 3 weeks ago and I’m still dealing with a nasty infection on my toe since visiting this disgraceful place.
