“I’ve been coming here on and off for the past 6 months (depends if I am in the area), I always get shellac nails done and have been very happy. The shellac polish always lasts a very long time and the employee’s are very friendly.”

The girl who has been doing my nails for many years now is a very good at her craft. *However* this business is run very badly. Last time I went, I asked for refills. My nails were completely taken off. As the nail consultant began doing this, I firmly said that I do not want my nails taken off. This was completely ignored. Not sure whether this has anything to do with lack of understanding English. And of course I was charged more than just for a refill. I let it ride as I my nails had always been done well previously.
Today I went back as one of the nails from my previous refill had been made quite thick at the base. This caused it to catch in my hair but although I had tried filing it down myself. it began to lift. I went in and explained the situation and was asked to sit in a specific chair and told that the consultant would be there shortly. She fixed my nail but upon leaving, I was told I was being charged for this. I explained again that what had happened was not my fault and asked politely why I should pay for this. I was spoken with rather rudely and the guy (manager?) told me that I had agreed to pay for this. This was news to me. He insisted. I asked him whether he really wants to lose a long time client over this issue. He told me that there are numerous nail salons out there who would charge the same.
He was correct – there are many salons out there so I will not be returning.
Not only do these people not have any idea on how to treat a customer but communicating is always a problem. In order to call yourself ‘professional’ it is a good idea to act so.

“I came here for a Shellac manicure. I cannot complain, the manicure was great and done very quick and perfectly. The manicure lasted me around 15 days”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Disgusting customer service. Paid for a Shellac manicure and got a cheap substitute. Polish started chipping off within 3 hours of the manicure even though they have a two week chip free guarantee, and when I called up to complain, they said it was my fault and hung up on me! NEVER visiting another Professionals store again.”
