My name is Kasey and I am a therapist who has a passion for the health and well being of others.

To deliver the best possible treatment to my clients, I combine an extensive knowledge and understanding of the human mind and body with the individual needs of each of my clients.

I believe that listening to what each person wants in a treatment is extremely important.

Whether you require a Deep Tissue Massage, the gentler approach of a Relaxation Massage or a combination of both, I am able to provide you with the service that will meet your individual needs.

Remedial Massage
This style is deep tissue. It relaxes trigger points and eases muscular pain and tension. This is adapted for your individual requirements. It helps to restore flexibility and promotes well being.
Sports Massage
Sports massage incorporates stretching and joint loosening using special muscle technique in conjunction with massage.
Swedish/ Relaxation
Massage with a mixture of different massage techniques, Swedish, Ka Huna and Reflexology. It leaves your body and mind feeling relaxed and stress free.
Aromatherapy
The use of the ancient art of aromatic oils to nurture and heal in conjunction with soothing massage techniques aid the therapeutic properties of the oils. The blend of the oils are chosen to suit the state of your body and mind.
