“Great selection of reds, pinks and nude colours. New and clean equipment and functioning massage chairs. Im a regular customer and come here fortnightly, I find the customer service friendly and workmanship excellent. I see Kate all the time. To the reviewers below, with any nail salon in a high density area you need to be smart in your time, don’t expect to walk in and get served during peak times or leave your spot when you arrive – first in, first served. ”

“Will never go anywhere else! The staff are efficient and friendly. They really do a great job and manicure always lasts. They are gentle and clean. Every time I’ve rushed in elsewhere I’ve regretted not waiting to go to Q nails”

“Every time I go they say waiting times are about 10-15 minutes and I end up waiting more than half an hour. More than once I’ve seen people get up and leave after a while and staff don’t even notice/care. They tend to rush through it, don’t pay much attention to detail and don’t always understand what you ask for. Also, confirm the price beforehand as I was charged a ridiculous amount for the most basic job. Not returning.”

“Came to do pedicure and they said wait 20 minutes, so i tell them i’ll come back (wait in my apartment). 20 minutes later, I came back but they already proceeded another new 2 customers. So i decided to just wait there. 1 hour later, i’m still waiting. I can just leave, but today is the only day i can do pedicure before leave on holiday.”
