“And in being generous giving them 1 star! They were so rude and had my nails finished at 11am and they were chipped by 1 and all I did was drive to see my brother no work no writing I didn’t even have a coffee or go to the toilet!!! It’s now 7pm and they are still sticky because she didn’t wipe them off (shelac)”

“The WORST nail experience I have ever had hands down. The lady doing my nails threw a tantrum because I did not want my SNS drilled off I wanted them soaked!
Then cracked the na-nas because I wouldn’t let her cut my nails down when the SNS was still soaking off as I just wanted the evened out…..how you do that without being able to see my actual nail is beyond me!!!
I was looking for a new place to go that is near my home as I am new to the area….every two weeks I get them done $40.00 a pop each time, that’s $80 a month on just my fingernails let alone then add my monthly pedicure I get as well that’s an extra $30-40 depending on the shop….all up that’s $120 a month generated from my business alone!!!! That means I would spend $1440 per year at your establishment not including when I have to return for the occasional fix up if one breaks. Rest assured I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and encouraging all others that I encounter to do the same. That is unless you enjoy being roughly handled, being cut with a drill, experiencing childish tantrums by the staff when they don’t get there way, and having to listen to them bitching about you in Vietnamese, then please be my guest OL NAILS IN GREENSBOROUGH……avoid at all costs!”

“First and last time I will visit this nail salon.
No communication or manners, the ladies sit and talk rudely to each-other and say nothing to their clients. Instead of telling me to put my hand forward or in front of the fan, I was aggressively pulled to positions. Not only was the customer service extremely poor, the job was rushed and a result that I could have achieved at home with my own polish. When I took the issue up with management all the girls huddled in the back and continued to stare at me, not professional at all.
Horrible place, would not recommend it to anyone.”
