Reviews

“Probably the best Physical Therapy I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration.

Traveling from the East Coast of USA, I assumed I’d arrive practically paralyzed from my problematic lumbar spine/tight glutes issues exacerbated by all the air travel. So I preemptively booked an appt at QuayTherapy to try preventing some pain and allowing me to do all the planned tourist activities on our schedule.

Ryan Welsh, (Senior Physiotherapist) was beyond helpful. After a thorough evaluation, he pinpointed the problem and proceeded to stretch and perform trigger point therapy. I was a little sore the next day, but after that ALL MY NORMAL CHRONIC PAIN WAS GONE. Like magic. I booked a second appt for four days later, and now after another 22 hours of plane travel back home plus 6 days. I am STILL without pain. I can barely believe it.
He was also kind enough to write down the specific treatment techniques he did, to share w/ my PT and Trainer back home.

Debbie at the front desk was terrific (both in pre- planning my visit, and her in- person assistance), and she was very friendly and professional.
Very well run Practice, nice office ( tho they are about to move to an even nicer space).

I can’t say enough good things about QuayTherapy in Sydney Australia. I only wish I were closer, to go back again as needed when/ if my pain acts up again!”
