“As for Rainbow Nails at Kawana I won’t be going back. I was having a full pedicure, feet are still rough. The toenail polish was applied at the nail station where I had to sit sidewards so that my French tip gel nails could be done at the same time. Besides going away with rough feet, a pain in my back They filled the sides of French tips so severely the look extremely odd. Not happy at all. Experience was anything but relaxing. No repeat customer here”

“Terrible! Wasn’t even asked what shape I wanted, so went in with square and came out with a half assed attempt at it. Her nails were not cleaned properly, so am a little worried about that now! I have to go back to my regular place to get them fixed. Thank you for nothing, you owe me $30�”

“As a treat for the teenage girls they decided to have their nails done. I was quoted $45 each at the door by the short bloke that Manages the place. I went shopping, got back and the price had jumped to $75 each. The girls said that the women had cut, shaped and polished their full sets of acrylics and left them long. Then said “oh so sorry that’s going to cost extra” so when I got back to have mine done I had to pay for something that I wasn’t consulted about then getting the quote for my nails: HA!! They wanted $75 to backfill, $45 for pedicure and colour and charge me $15 per nail for nailart. I get everything I want done from another salon where at most it only costs me $105 to have everything I want done. $55 for a full set of acrylics $35 for pedicure and $5/nail for art and they don’t cake your hands in acrylic or rush you out the door well worth the 40min drive north. Disgusted by this store and the dishonest way they conduct their business.”

“Worst Place Ever!!! Went in for a manicure and a pedicure as a treat to help me relax ended up with an ingrown nail in one finger and a bacteria infection in another finger it is the most painful thing I’ve been through and I’ve had 2 kids!! Absolutely disgusted with this place!!”
