Raksa ‘s technique is a combination of Traditional Thai Massage and Swedish massage using thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees of feet. The power of touch focuses on pressure points across the body to relax and release general discomfort. The manipulation of the muscles has a positive effect on blood flow and the nervous systems and helps to purify the system and clear blocked energy caused by stress and strains. Our pattern also includes stretching to increase flexibility and restore balance. Your body is worked from back to front and head to toe to give a full and overall sense of well being to the body.

Traditional Thai Massage

The heart of Thai Massage is based on Energy Lines called SEN. A therapist will apply pressure onto certain points of the body to relieve tension. It is a combination of yoga, stretching, acupressure and reflexology. This massage is performed when you are fully clothed and lying on a mat. It helps to improve energy flow, release toxins, waste material from the joints, muscles and connective tissues.

Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy is a wonderful relaxing. It’s good for motional and reduce your levels of stress. It processes by using lymphatic massage and specific essential oils to stimulate the flow of blood and lymph fluid. Most of people who don’t like a feeling of painful from press massaging technique prefer this massage.

Reflexology

This massage id performed with hands and wooden massage sticks and works on the pressure points on the sole of your feet. The gentle pressure of this massage works with the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to rebalance you body. This massage is absolutely relaxing and energizing for the whole body – great if you only have a short amount of time.

Thai herbal compress massage

This is another Thai treatment. Many herbs are wrapped and steamed then applied on this cloth. The appropriate of heat will made for powerful therapeutic massage. It’s especially good for deep muscle aches and joint pain. It good for stretching the tendon, sinew and connective tissue and also ease the stiff, sprain, bruise or swelling. This is a fantastic way to emphasize the lymphatic drainage for a rejuvenating result.

Body Scrub & Moisturise

This beautiful green tea & essential oil scrub is powerful antioxidant that is applied to your entire body, exfoliating and softening the skin to leave you feeling silky & polished and also providing a natural whitening of the skin.
