”Just over a week ago I went to Razz Hair at Norwood for the first time. I had not coloured my hair for many years so wasn’t sure what colour I should have. I decided to go lighter than my normal hair colour but I wasn’t totally happy with the end result. Lauren, contacted me later that day and said that if I still wasn’t happy in a few days to just give the salon a ring.

Instead of going online and trashing their business, I did what you should always do, ring them and find out if they can help.
