About Us

Many people seek out chiropractors for a sore back, headache, neck pain or sciatica. Many are unaware that chiropractic may also help with other health problems including; disc injury, arthritis, sports injury, bad posture, jaw pain, knee pain, hip pain, whiplash, and scoliosis.

Massage therapy can help to relieve stress, decrease pain and tension, improve posture, assist in healing injuries and improves flexibility.

We are able to help people of all ages. In fact the best way to look after your body is to have it assessed BEFORE you start to feel symptoms. This is because pain is actually the last sign that your body gives you that there is a problem. Our bodies do their best to keep functioning as best they can. Often this is in spite us being under large amounts of stress, eating badly, not exercising or not sleeping properly and holding unsuitable postures during work, rest and sports. It is only when your body can no longer function under all this pressure that it begins to show signs of fatigue, and these are the symptoms that people come to a chiropractor or massage therapist for.

If this sounds like what is happening to you then give us a call! We would be honoured to help you optimise your health and share in your journey.
