“Like roadtrip I was expecting to pay $20.00 so was quite shocked to be charged $45.00. Had previously paid $20.00 for exactly the same style at the same place (different stylist though).. By the way, the first time I had a rather good cut, but this time (with 150% loading) the cut is really not very good at all. Nothing fancy, just a plain “bob” exactly like previously. Have contacted all FB friends and warned them not to go there. Very disappointing. I feel quite ripped off.”

“A trim advertised at $20 and when it came time to pay they charged $30. When I complained they said the sign says “from $20″. they could have charged $100. They should tell their customers before commencing how much the cost will be. Do not use these guys, …stay away!”

“Hi I was just there today. I have had foils done and needed the roots touched up. The staff who did my hair got it wrong and went too far with the peroxide so parts near my face were white! They then tried to tell me that thats what happens sometimes, even though this has never happened to me before and its clear they didn’t check it enough and left it on for too long. I said umm some roots are white not blond, they then said after a week they would tone down! I wonder what would have happened if I had just said ok and walked out looking like a freak! This wasn’t hard to fix because all they had to do was put toner over the roots for about 10 minutes (which happened to be a bit too long) as it now looks a bit brassy already. They really should have admitted that they made a mistake and said that they could fix it instead of making be feel like I was a big problem that they wanted to go away….All they had to do is say that they left it on too long and that they can fix it but they got defensive…the colour was clearly white in some areas! I wasn’t offered a discount after this there was just an expectation of payment. I wont be going back there. They could have at least offered a discount also when they were blow drying my hair they didn’t do it properly as I still had frizzy bits left! Bad colour. Bad service. Bad styling. NOT GOOD. Too many wrong moves.”

“Lovely staff, who take time to find out what you are after and do great hair cuts. My mum hadn’t been to a hairdresser for 50 years and was really nervous about trying but now will only get her hair cut at Redz when she is visiting from Sydney. Really appreciated the time the took to calm her nerves and gave her a great cut.”

“DO NOT GO HERE! Would rate the service & $45 ‘style cut’ I received at Redz Supercuts 0 if I could. My hair was completely ruined and I had to go to another hairdresser the following day to have it fixed at the cost of an additional $50. The other hairdresser couldn’t believe what had been done to my hair, she was disgusted as a fellow salon owner. I contacted the Salon owner at Redz Supercuts and arranged to meet her the following day as I wanted a refund, I explained it was inconvient for me to return to the Salon but did it anyway, when I arrived she had gone home due to a ‘migraine’ and left staff with no authority to issue a refund to deal with the matter. They offered to fix my hair but there was absolutely no way I would let ANYONE in that Salon touch my hair again. I called everyday for a week with excuse after excuse as to why the owner was not there/couldn’t take my call. Finally, fed up with being ignored I started calling every 2 hours and was hung up on twice. Eventually the Salon owner called but she was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality of this salon is.. do not go here!!!!!”
