What started as the pilot light extinguishing every couple of days, with control of water temperature whilst running, its now changed to pilot light stays on, but absolutely no control of temperature. It’s either cold or boiling and that means boiling. Additionally, the lighter no longer works. I saw the plumber have the lighter dismantled and later when he was relighting, he was using a gas flame lighter. When I asked ‘why’, the response was ‘it’s easier’. To ‘value,’ the service was inexpensive, but I’ve achieved nothing and in fact I’m worse off.”
