Relax At Home was founded in 2002 when it was recognised that there were very limited massage chairs available to the Australian market.  The massage chairs that were available were feature-poor, dated, expensive and mostly only sold in major furniture retail chains with salesperson having little/no knowledge about these products.  Relax At Home believes that the Australian customer deserves more.  We spent many years in R&D and in building relationships with quality manufacturers to ensure the best massage chairs were readily available to the Australian market at affordable prices.  All staff are trained in our range of products and provide very personalised service using our vast knowledge to ensure you find the right massage chair for you.  We treat all customers as we would expect to be treated ourselves which is (unfortunately) a rarity in today’s world!

In 2005, Wine Fridges were added to our product range for much the same reasons as our massage chairs (as mentioned above).  The concept of quality, affordable products that enable you to ‘Relax At Home’ was strengthened with the addition of our wine fridge range and further complimented over the years with the addition of foot massages, robotic cleaners, etc.

Unlike wine fridges (which any refrigeration technician including our own technicians can attend to with ease), the repair of a massage chair is often more ‘specialised’ & there are very few massage chair repair technicians in Australia. Relax At Home is one of the only Massage Chair retailers in Australia with our own in-house service department.  This provides our customers with complete peace of mind that they are dealing with fully qualified technician’s who have specialist training in massage chairs.  Should it ever be required, this ensures you are able to have your massage chair repaired efficiently & effectively.  Unlike other massage chair retailers, you do not have to deal with any third parties and are not made to ‘jump through hoops’ for any service related issues.  Our service department will only ever deal with our own products – we are NOT able to service any other products purchased from other suppliers!  This is one of our points of difference, so as a RELAX AT HOME customer, you can be assured of continued support & service.

Our range of Massage Chairs, Wine Fridges and other products have been specifically designed to be affordable to everyone whilst maintaining superior quality, appearance and function.  All of our massage chairs are custom made to the highest of standards and specifications.  Our massage chairs are not ‘branded’ so our customers are not paying for a ‘label’/brand but rather for an affordable custom-made massage chair which is manufactured to exceed your expectations.  Best of all, all of our products are IN-STOCK (unless otherwise specified on each product page) so you don’t have to wait!!
