“By FAR the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their “relaxation” massage included just continually spreading oil all over my body that’s how much pressure it lacked. So much so that it was tickling me instead of it relaxing me. Stopped the massage after 10 minutes of nothing. HIGHLY recommend that you STRONGLY AVOID this place.”

“Worst massage experience. Same price as the competitors, but the service is utterly ridiculous. It was basically a “rub” instead of a proper massage. I paid for 1 hour, decided to leave like half way through. I cannot believe they would rub me for 1 hour nonstop. If, on their website, it says anything about professionally trained, then you know the entire website is just copy pasted because based on my experience the staff was most definitely not professionally trained.

If I was a business owner I would make sure my business would provide quality service. This is the exact opposite. If this business stops operation in the near future I would not be surprised one bit.”

“I booked a 60 minute ‘relaxation massage’ here and this is my story:

1. I turned up for the appointment, there was no welcome, no greeting, no smile. I wasn’t sure whether she could not communicate or her english was too poor. But her straight face already put me off a little before the massage even began.

2. She guided me to the massage room. There was no place to my clothes so I put them underneath the massage table. I asked her where the towel was to place over my underwear so I was not fully exposed, but she said she didn’t have one. I felt very uncomfortable without any coverage but I didn’t have a choice. (She also came in without knocking while I was getting ready and made me feel very uncomfortable)

3. She started lathering oil randomly all over my body without any strokes, rhythm or pattern. At first, I thought she was just warming up my body but 5-10 minutes later, she continued to pour oil all over me without any massage strokes. I started to feel abit suspicious about what she was doing and I asked her where she studied, she said “Ï studied here” I asked her which school she went to, she said “very far away”. I then asked if she could apply more pressure to the massage, she simply said “No, you have to pay for a harder massage”. I said “But isn’t this a relaxation massage? You’re not massaging, you’re spreading oil all over me”. She said “If you want a harder massage, you have to pay more money”.

4. At that point I realised a very important truth: This lady is totally untrained, unqualified, unskilled, and is cheating their customers of their time and money. I told her to stop immediately and I don’t want her service anymore and I was very very very upset.

5. She left the room, and came back with a mop bucket and started soaking a full sized towel. I asked her what she was doing and she said “To take off the oil”. At that point I thought this is absolutely mind blowing ridiculous and I told her I will not let her touch me with that wet towel.

6. I left the massage room within 15 minutes of the appointment. I told her what she was doing was wrong and she was cheating her customers their time and money. She said this was what I paid for and I said this is absolutely not what I paid for. I paid for a relaxation massage, not someone spreading alot (and I mean, alot) of oil on my back. If this is her idea of what a massage is, then she really needs to get some proper qualifications and training if she wants to continue this business. I am so upset with the service that I have already filed a complaint to Groupon, and I plan to file a complaint to the Health Services Commissioner and Consumers Affairs. This is the most appalling service I have ever experienced. If I could give endless negative reviews of this business, I would. This does not even deserve one star and should not even operate as a massage business.”
