“I bought a two hour massage & body scrub package from groupon- worth every penny! My massage therapist was warm, welcoming and friendly, and had the softest hands ever!! The attention to detail in the massage room was exemplary, right down to the intricately folded towels (also so soft and warm!). “Never again! I got given a voucher for a massage at this place from groupon for Christmas! Booked it online got confirmation and go all the way to this place just to be disappointed! So they said they have no booking under my name and they are not available that day at all! That’s after 15 minutes standing in front of their door waiting for them to open the door for me! Called their contact number numerous time but they didn’t answer and the lady that open the door say I can email them if I want to complain! Not bloody good enough! “I just finished a massage at this place and it was the worst massage I have ever had!!!. I get massage regular on a weekly basis and has tried many different places around this area. This one was the closest to my place and I had 1 okey experience so I thought I give it another try.

I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage. The massage therapist was not trained at all, didn’t know what she was doing rubbing up and down my body in no order whats so ever, not to mention “deep tissue” was not addressed whatsoever. She spent 40 min on my back and I had to keep reminding her don’t forget the legs and arms and asked her nicely on which parts I need attention with but she just don’t get it and no idea where the muscles and pressure points are.

She went out of the room twice. Once to talk to another lady in the store, second time for I don’t know what reasons and I had to remind her to close the door both of these times when I’m almost naked inside the room! I wanted to get up and walk out the door halfway but I thought that would hurt her feelings.

Her phone ringed twice, and finished the 1 hour massage that I have already paid for in 50 mins! She basically rush me out the door and wanting to close the store for the day. During the session, she asked me if she or the other lady had was better!!! 4 times!!! and she would not leave it until I tell her who is better!!! At the end when I was getting dressed, she asked me again, and I’m sorry, I had to be honest, I told her honestly, the other lady was better.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. There is my first bad review ever in my life and lets hope it is also the last time. Would not ever, never come back to this place again. What a waste of my money when massage stores are everywhere and better in my option.”
